Rachel Lowell singing as a guest during The Entertainers TV Program.

Rachel was one of the guest singers on The Entertainers TV program, a variety show which is aired every Saturday on NET TV. Hosted by popular singer and showman Janvil, the program presents televiewers with more than two and a half hours of live entertainment provided by the Spiteri Lucas Band.

During the program Rachel sang two songs with the Spiteri Lucas Band. “There You’ll Be” a love song which was originally sang by American country pop artist Faith Hill. The song was  originally released in May 2001 and was featured on the Soundtrack of Pearl Harbor the movie.

The second song was “On My Own” from the musical Les Misérables which is interpreted by the part of Éponine.  In the song, Éponine expresses her unrequited love for the character Marius, and how she dreams of being at his side but knows his love is for Cosette and not for her.

During the program Rachel was also involved in a discussion on past and present music scenes in Malta together with Destiny Chukunyere,  Joe S Grech and Tony Camilleri.
