Rachel Lowell is one of the finalist in this year’s Ghanja tal-Poplu Festival with the song “Minn Kajfas Għal Għand Pilatu”

Rachel with the song Minn Kajfas Għal Għand Pilatu is one of the finalist in the 43rd` Edition of the Ghanja tal-Poplu Festival. The song made it to the finals after a selection process following a submission of 111 songs. The songs were shortlisted to 42 songs and the singers had to perform the song in front of the judges, and the 16 finalist were announced.

L-Għanja tal-Poplu – Festival tal-Kanzunetta Maltija is organized by the L-Għanja tal-Poplu Committee in collaboration with Pjazza Teatru Rjal and L-Akkademja tal-Malti. In the final which will be held on the 31st` August 2019 the singers will be accompanied by the Malta Concert Orchestra. L-Għanja tal-Poplu is supported by Arts Council Malta – Cultural Parnership Agreement.
