Rachel Lowell will be representing Malta in the Fan Vision Festival 2019 which will be organised by the OGAE, the international fan club of the Eurovision Song Contest. The fourth Edition of this Festival will be held in Malta between the 12th` and 14th` July 2019.
The Maltese representative was chosen after a selection process from the OGAE Malta Committee Members. The list was shortlisted to three and then the OGAE Malta members had the chance to choose their favourite.
The result were announced today on GWIDA.mt with the results being
First Place Rachel Lowell with 37.95%, Second Nicole Sciberras with 32.82% and in third place with 29.23% Avenue Sky.
During the Fan Vision Festival various participants from around Europe will be singing a song from the past editions of the Eurovision Song Contest where Rachel will be singing A Million Voices (Russia 2015)
