Rachel Lowell makes it to the MJESC Final
The Public Broadcasting Services Ltd. has published the list of 20 finalists who will be competing in the Festival of the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest2016 in July. The winner of this festival will be representing Malta in this year’s edition of the JESC 2016 which is being held in Malta.Rachel Lowell has made it to the Final of the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest Malta which will be held on Saturday 16th July at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta.
Rachel will be singing a cover version of the Song `I Surrender` originaly sang by Celine Dione.
